Return and refund
Any product return must be the subject of a formal agreement between the seller and the purchaser.
The seller will take the greatest care in the execution of the order and the quality some products.
In the event of a defective item recognized by the seller, the latter's obligation will be limited to the replacement or reimbursement of the defective quantities without further compensation.
Defects and damage resulting from storage, handling, transport or use in abnormal conditions or not in accordance with the nature, prescriptions and suitability for use of the product are excluded from the guarantee.
Price
the goods are invoiced at the rate in force on the day the order is placed.
Delivery
delivery is made by carrier.
The verification of the goods by the buyer must be carried out at the time of their taking over.
In the event of damage or missing, of complaint on the apparent defects or not or on the nonconformity of the delivered product, the purchaser will emit clear and precise reserves.
It must be notified within 48 hours of the delivery date in writing to the carrier.
it will be up to the buyer to provide any justification as to the reality of the anomaly (s) observed.
Delivery delay
Orders are sent in 2 to 3 working days maximum except in cases of force majeure (war, pandemic, fire, riot, total or partial strike). In the event of a delivery delay exceeding 30 days after the indicative delivery date, the buyer will have the option of canceling his order without being able to claim any compensation whatsoever.
Payment
In the event of a payment problem, the seller may suspend all orders in progress.
Retention of title
The goods sold remain the property of the seller until full payment of their price.
However, the risks relating to the goods will be transferred to the buyer or to the carrier upon physical delivery of the products.
